In short: every guest needs a valid passport, any required visas, travel insurance, flights to the meeting point (unless included), a personal photo, and document uploads. Motorcycle riders also need a valid motorcycle licence and International Driving Permit where required. Car guests need the appropriate car licence and IDP where required. Pillions need the guest documents but not a motorcycle licence.

See our full cancellation & refund policy in the Terms & Conditions. As a summary: full refund minus an admin fee if cancelled 90+ days before departure; 50% at 60–89 days; 25% at 30–59 days; no refund within 30 days (transfer to another rider or future date may be possible at our discretion).

Yes. All riders must carry comprehensive travel insurance that covers motorcycle touring, medical evacuation, and trip cancellation. We recommend policies from World Nomads or BMW MOA Insurance. Proof of insurance is required 30 days before departure.

Visa requirements are subject to change. Riders are responsible for obtaining the appropriate visas and travel documents before departure. We recommend checking official government sources for each country on your itinerary well ahead of travel.

A detailed packing list is sent upon booking. Riding gear (helmet, jacket, gloves, pants) can be provided if you prefer not to ship your own. Bring layers for altitude and temperature changes, sunscreen, and a sense of adventure. Luggage is transported by our support vehicle.
